2005 ZIN SANTO (LATE HARVEST BENITO DUSI ZINFANDEL)
Very complex; a truly multi-layered wine. Hints of plum, chocolate and vanilla are found in the bouquet, and complimented by the mouth-filling flavor of each, to taste. The highly concentrated characteristics of Benito Dusi Ranch Old Vine Zinfandel are even further condensed in this 18.5% later harvest Zinfandel. Soft and balanced acids allow the vibrant fruit to prevail and hold a long, clean finish.

Food Pairing Suggestions: |
An after dinner delight! This wine is made about once every ten years, when Mother Nature happens to provide the perfect growing environment for the grapes, allowing them to age longer on the vine. They are then condensed into something truly special. Pairs well with great conversation! |
